Tiffany Hampton – MAPS Coach, Business Strategist, and Founder of AgentGrowth365.com

I’ve been in the real estate industry since the late ’90s—long enough to experience every market cycle, role, and reinvention you can imagine. What started as a career quickly became a calling: to lead, to coach, and to help others grow thriving businesses that support the lives they want to live.

Over the years, I’ve worn many hats—Designated Broker, COO, Assistant Team Leader, Productivity Coach, Tech Trainer, and Business Coach. I’ve worked with brand-new agents and seasoned rainmakers, helping them navigate the challenges, scale with strategy, and lead with purpose. Today, I coach and support 10 Keller Williams Market Centers and provides customized one-on-one coaching through MAPS Coaching, and I’m more passionate than ever about empowering agents and leaders to grow with clarity.

Along the way, I pursued growth of my own—earning seven professional real estate designations (including CRS, ABR, and GRI), and completing advanced leadership programs like Dale Carnegie, High Impact Presentations, and Winning with Relationship Selling. These tools shaped how I coach: with intention, with structure, and always with a heart for service.

In 2024, I launched 24 in 25 now AgentGrowth365.com—a platform built to house everything I’ve learned, tested, and coached over the years. From business plans and marketing templates to full-scale coaching systems for market centers, it’s designed to meet today’s challenges and help agents and leaders grow year-round.

At the core of everything I do is legacy. I’m a single mom of three incredible children and “Gigi” to three grandkids—with one more arriving soon. I’m in the process of building a family-run real estate business, combining decades of experience with the next generation’s fresh perspective. This isn’t just business for me—it’s personal. It’s about service, impact, and creating something that lasts.
