Track your last 50 appointments:

Block Tuesday through Thursday, 10am to 4pm, for appointments only.

Friday's Purpose
Use Friday for:

No new client appointments after 2pm.
The Appointment Offer
When someone asks for a meeting:
"I have Tuesday at 2pm or Wednesday at 10am. Which works better?"
Only offer Tuesday through Thursday slots.
The Time Slots
Break your power days into blocks:
10am-11:30am 12pm-1:30pm 2pm-3:30pm 4pm-5:30pm
Two appointments per block maximum.
Buffer Time
Leave 30 minutes between appointments:
Travel time Notes from previous meeting Preparation for next appointment Unexpected delays
Back-to-back appointments create problems.
The Exception Rule
Only schedule outside power blocks for:
Clients with impossible schedules High-value opportunities Emergency situations
Make exceptions rare.
